quit yer whining people. as crazy as the bidding was. Its a wonder they were able to track the bidding at all and got any leadeboards up.

Soooo..... who won? Inquiruing minds want to know, and the bidders are circling, like sharks in chummed water, wondering if the divers in the cage will come out to play.

Agreed. While I understand sniping, and people waiting until the last minute to get the best deal, it's also not fair to have to overbid because you don't know where you stand. On ebay at least when you bid your highest, if no one else bids the auction up you're only required to pay one more increment over the last bidder. With the DPF auctions you oftentimes are overpaying for a pin because you don't know where you stand, but you still want to win.

I think the hecticness of the auction really came from the fact that we had two sets from two different people and they both had to keep track and the whole stealing system made things overcomplicated. I think in the future, auctions should really stick away from that format and just go back to being one auction from one person. As seen here, it is about 1 hour and 30 minutes after it ended and still people are waiting on edge for any confirmation of who won. There hasn't been a leaderboard in well over 2 hours and I don't blame Goon or Grim, it must be difficult coordinating every bid between both of them and figuring everything out. I just think from now on auctions should be more strict to the original format, this double thing felt more like a gimmick to me Good luck to all the people who just bid!

I agree with you a lot. I am not mad, I just more or less like a lot of other would've liked to of know where I stood. Did I get to keep my pins bid more? Also, I think alot of people are bothered more or less since the last leaderboard was posted about 8:30 this morning unless I missed one?

I just feel bad for a lot of people who, as ruby said, had to overbid not knowing where they stand, which ends up being unfair to them as they have to give up more for what they would have gotten anyways in the first place. The Designer Villains are definitely a catch, so for those who got them, that's great and they'll be happy regardless (I would hope) but it probably takes away from the novelty knowing that you might have given away more than you needed to. Oh well...and now we wait...

Nonono that's exactly how I feel too. I was/am on the leaderboard since forever? I'd like to have the pin, but I like the PODMs I bid too. I just didn't want to bid more because...well if someone out bid me they obviously wanted it more then I did.

This was a vary fun an engaging auction. I appreciate the change, and I do welcome new ones...just wait until Disney releases Designer Prince PODMS that come with a piece of the real artists in little bubbles :|
