Well, living up to my signature graphic, I guess I should show you guys the flock of porgs. Especially since I got a new one recently, from someone on the board!

This was my flock as of about a month ago

You may have seen them in my "Take Your Porg to Work Day" thread. We have Fluffy, Frowny, and the little one I just haven't settled on a name for yet. I have a running joke of naming them all things that start with F, since the first two names just came out that way.

Fraidy, the handmade porg, arrived recently! He was made by @watzshakinbacon and I just knew I had to have him.

Fraidy was a little intimidated by the flock, but luckily I just picked up another porg on Sunday at Disneyland. This is Froggy, and he'll help Fraidy fit in.

Here's my current flock altogether <3 The other little guy next to Fraidy is named Fraction, because he is small. He is a keychain, and makes noise when you squeeze him, as does Fluffy.

I'm sure there's a KFC joke here somewhere...

Show me your porgs!

Adorable! I was reading up on it, and the reason porgs exist is because the island they used to shoot those scenes is covered in puffins, which are protected. That meant they couldn't move or herd them in any way, and they kept getting in the way. Thus the porgs were edited in over the actual, real live puffins! Tada! Now this is a thing you know.

That’s an awesome bit of trivia!! Hahahha

Such noble creatures! I want to hear the tally of how many people offer to roast your backpack on a spit when you wear it around the park! :)
