Recently, I decided to slow down my maleficent collection. I was determined to find a nice frame for it and put all the pins in a display. I ended up finding something at Salvation Army, cut up an old velvet dress for my background, and got to work!

Thank you to those who helped me with this collection! I particularly love the acme golden magic jumbo! The sleeping beauty doorways pin was the first LE I ever bought from the parks, so it’s a little sentimental. I don’t collect the goons, but the sidekick one was an AP that I pulled off the boards at LIAA!

I did take out some pins that didn’t fit / didn’t have as much sentimental value, so feel free to check out my pinpics for my traders.

Love it!

Beautiful display! My Maleficent pins are all in straight rows, so I love seeing creative placements like yours. Also, you’re slowing down Maleficent? But there’s so much more out there...this just means you begin a 2nd frame with the other Golden Magic pin in the center. ;)

Haha! So many are similar and there are just SO MANY out there!! I actually only got the dragon golden magic one because mali in human form was such a common pose!

I'd love to see your collection some day :p

Agreed... I am starting to weed out my wants and remove pins that are repeats of pins I already have.

Another observation: the Acme/Hotart Golden Magic Maleficent and Dragon (released in August) were both very similar (the central characters) to the WDW/Disney, two pin Mali set, released in the RSP for WDAC. Which seemed oddly coincidental.

Anyway, really like your display. Nice job!
