A few questions regarding pins

Hi

I have a couple of questions to ask

1) Can you add "add-on" pins to the database?
2) In the new Mystery Stamp Collection, what does the chaser stamp/card mean/why is it red/why is it called a 'chaser'

And as for the chasers,I think they call them that as there is less in the series and the LE is lower..if that makes any sense at all
