Help a computer dummy

OK, how do you do the link so that when you scroll over the words, the pinpics picture comes up? I cannot figure out how to do that and I sure would like to learn. Can someone post the steps in easy to follow format so this computer idiot can understand what to do? I just don't know what to write in the code to make that function work. Thanks for the help.
