I need help finding anything out about this pin its not a trader pin

ok so my wifes college teacher knew that my wife loved disneyland and gave this to her. supposedly her wifes ex husband gave it to her teacher but she didnt want it anymore because of the divorce and gave it to my wife. Her teacher said a friend worked for disneyland and gave it to her teachers husband but that is all I ever found out about this. Any help on this item would be great thank you.
