No refund here (maybe today....or maybe not).
I too am awaiting a refund...and to receive the Golden Magic pins.
I was told “the Diva refunds will be completed today”.
Not much of today is left.
Absolutely true. I was provided that update earlier today - but, so far (same waiting game).
*Update (6/22) - still no refund
No refund here either, 6/23, morning.
I received mine yesterday. They are processing them.
It can take up to two weeks for a return to process if you paid with your credit card, paypal is the only one that does it instantly.
I am also awaiting my refund. I have sent several emails over the past two months as I need the funds. I paid through PayPal in Oct of last year, so no transaction on the site anymore. The only option is to send me the refund as a payment/gift to my PayPal account, not sure why it is taking so long.
I need tracking# for the jumbo pin I bought Dad on fathers day maybe I should just give him the pin next fathers day.
Who are you? That might help the Pinopolis people identify you. It's weird that this is only your second post and you've been a member here for almost a year.
Hi, why is it weird? I just have not posted on the forums, but I visit them for all pin news. I posted now because I was seeing posts from others talking about the refunds. As for identification, I have been in communication and they have my order confirmation email and PayPal emails forwarded. I am patient but the mention of refunds being completed and the no communication got my attention. I am happy to report though that I got my refund today.

Are these orders going out in alphabetical order? I mean, I'm used to being last because of school and all... It seems like Pinopolis needs more help in the shipping department.
Can you post the shipping updates here as well? I left FB and it's a little difficult to get on your page to get updates.
Why are y'all still dealing with these guys? It still seems it is only a money making venture girl them and that customer service is lower on the list of things to do. Sell pins and make pins to sell is what it seems like to me. Odd to me. But what do I know. I'm just a little guy with only cheap pins. Lol
Would think they would be more on top of things. No one else gets a free money making business like this with the OK of Disney. They need to stop playing around and spend some of that money on setting up a real staff. Not just a mom and pop shop that is in well over its head. Or at least it seems that way now, just as it did in the beginning of this.

Yes, agreed no tracking here either for any recent purchases.
Some of my refunds have been made, but not all.
Still no Golden magic pins or Villain refund...hope recent orders don't go before those are all straightened out first.
I think we need some kind of answer or reply this feels uncomfortable now
