For those who bought this pin, is the backer card like the usual POH? Meaning with a description of the history on the back and usual "Piece of History" title on the front? I got it with a plain black one which seems odd.

nope the card is just that!! Rumor has it the pins were recarded as they were originally intended for DLR, or vice versa, suffice to say that the ones still for sale this week are still on the black LE cards, no color no story, not flash, no pomp. Just LE.
Nope you didnt get scamed if it has the color code on the sku on the back it is indeed the real deal<I know I bought about 7 for our Uk traders!!>
