you should inquire with a user named Snow.

she has a thread going in the "Anything Goes". it's called "Snows Custom Signature Requests - Please post here". it has little stars in the title too so it should be easy to locate. it's on the first page.

she makes wonderful signatures in her spare time. c:

i made my signature in gimp and could outline some of the steps i took to make it if you would like to try to make one yourself.
