Wanted: Disneyland Frontierland Horseshoe Newpaper - Lone Ranger Edition

I've never been to Disneyland so I don't know much about this "newspaper". Is this something that's given out for free? My son loved the movie and I want to get him a copy and one for my mom. I found them on ebay (that's how I know it exists) but I hate ebay unfortunately. But I thought the paper would be a cute addition to their collections. Does anyone know if they are still given out? Can you still get them? How much are they? Does anyone have 2 they would like to part with? I don't have many pins to trade but would be willing to pay for them. Any help would be greatly appreciated, even just more info about them.
