2013 Fairytale Designer Collection

I went to the closest store who sold the set here in London and was lucky. They had six, and there were two other people there to buy it. The girl at the till was really stunned that 3 of the dolls were sold in less than ten minutes since the shop opened. They had two BATB dolls left, 1 Yasmin and Aladdin, and about 5 Rapunzels. Snowwhite was completely sold out. That was Stratford :)

Congrats to those overseas who were able to get Ariel & Eric and good luck today to those going to the raffle and trying online! I am heading out soon to go to the mall. Crossing my fingers I get called, if not I have faith that I will be able to snag one tonight online :) Pixies everyone!!

Got mine at the Metro Centre store today! When I got there about an hour before opening, it was just me until about 30 mins before it opened, which by then there was myself and about 6 others there. More people showed up once the store was open. They had 10 dolls and all were gone in about 3 minutes, it was scary! :anxious: It kinda reminded me of the fiascos at D23, a little bit of pushing and shoving but in the end (unlike D23 :lol:) everyone got their dolls, yay! :) Glad this set is done (for the time being!), I wonder what's in store for us next if it's not the continuation of DFDC next year! ;) <3

I am headed to my store as well. Fingers crossed I get one now. My stomach is in knots, I'm so nervous. Ariel and Eric are far and away my favorite set.
 
Haha, I'm nervous, too! I don't think it's enough that I'm bringing four friends with me (2 of us want them, but we've agreed I get first dibs no matter whose name is called).

It's the last set, and then our collections are complete. I always said I'd be happy just to get up to the Aladdin set, but my collection would feel so naked if I was missing only the last couple. At worst, I guess I'll stay up until 3am again...

Chilling at Florida mall, the lady said they only got 17.. It's usually more like 30s here. A lot of people so I'm prepared to stay up tonight if I don't get it.

Woo! My group was tha FIRST TWO names called so my best friend and I both got our sets then we took off before the mob could pitchfork us to death. I'm so glad this is over and I got the whole line :D
 
Oh no :(. Sold out in UK. Have been going back and forth about buying all day because I actually don't have enough money and I didn't want to form a debt. Decided to purchase them anyway 5 minutes ago, and while checking out, they were sold out. Incredibly sad...

I am so sorry that you didn't get your doll! My family operates without adding any debt. It's hard but worth it. So while I am sad for you, I fully support not adding debt. Maybe if you save up one will come up on Ebay for an affordable price in a couple of months! Best wishes my friend!
 
Success! I was one of the first ones called! Really didn't believe my luck would hold out, but it did. Hallelujah.
