Makes me wonder why though, some of them are really amazing. Maybe it's just the over production...too many too soon.

I think that was the original issue - people felt like PALM was flooding the market. But over the past six months, there's been a noticeable change in what kinds of pins traders (especially Cali traders) want. You used to see comments like this from traders: "No PALM, Marvel, or Star Wars." Now you see stuff like this: "No DSSH, Artland, PALM, Marvel, or Star Wars." In parts of the trading community today, it feels like there's a growing movement to reject any low LE pin a non-Disney employee could get at retail cost.

Pink a la Mode - I think it's a quality thing. I bought from them, once, for my personal collection . . . & got several pins in a very sorry state, with the enamel not filling in the pin entirely, or missing from some of the smaller sections altogether.
Even the pins that didn't have problems just didn't look as nice in person as park pins . . . or even most Box Lunch pins. (For example, the color of the enamel was not consistent throughout the pin. This was really glaringly obvious when it was Jasmine's skin tone.)

I firmly decided to never buy from them again, so I can easily see that other people might not be pleased with them, either.

That one too? Yeah, I would have lost that bet too.

I guess these days the safe bet on any pin is a sell out.
Are there more people discovering pins, i.e. 25th stirring a lot of publicity? Lots of FOMO? Resellers? Will we see a glut of pins later back down to normal except for some series? It’s so fascinating to watch this and be a part of it too.
