Hoping someone can help me.... I got up at 2am on release day and ordered Anna and Elsa, I received Anna but UPS lost my Elsa so I got a refund. Needless to say I'm rather bummed. If anyone in the US has an extra they would be willing to sell me, you'd certainly make my Christmas :) thanks friends.

Thats exactly what happened to me, I kept bugging them til they looked into it....then after 4th call they told me that she was lost and they were going to give me a refund...
