2014 Seven Dwarfs Mine Car scrappers?

I just realized my Grumpy mine car’s gems are very pale purple, nearly pink... in comparison to the box art and other photos bc online.

I can’t find any information about this anywhere.

Does anyone know? Are these scrappers?

I never heard of these being scrapped. But either way, my son acquired the whole set in the parks and ours are pale purple. Hope that helps.

edit: I tried a flash photo and that makes the gems on several of the cars deepen into color.
