What happened to the CHERNABOG pin that was shown on the "upcoming pins" board at the last pin Event in WDW?? The other Villains smiles are released? You can see the picture on the Disney Pins Blog site.
 
Probably the completer to be released later.

There were other previewed pins that weren't on the final checklists either. Probably other completers for the sets.
 
One pin from each set (other than the Chasers) got pulled, so I assume that it's a completer pin, as Jabberwocky mentioned.
