Just announced on the Disney Blog dates for the 2017 EPCOT Food & Wine Event. August 31 - November 13, 2017 (75 days).

If they need a week to cut-over from the Pin Event like this year, the Pin Event might be even earlier in August. Might also affect the MNSSHP dates for Pin folks, we will see.

Very interesting. I hope it is after mid-August as most of the South heads back to school then and maybe it won't be too crowded?

I have gone to the last weekend of F&W for the past two years. By pushing the date back to Veterans Day weekend, the crowds were really huge on Fri-Sat-Sun! I will probably skip the Epcot pin event; Florida is too hot in August! LOL

btowndude- have to agree Aug is way to hot thought I saw pin event to be near end of Aug as well Aug 24-25-26 2017 that is the info that I got from an event earlier this Oct

By putting them back-to-back, they would probably see longer pin trader vacations and more money. It's a no-brainer for Disney if those dates are the final ones.

As a home owner in Florida it is HOT and HUMID from about mid-May until mid-October lol!! When the Event was held the weekend after Labor day it was just as hot then as it was in August. It is like a light switch is thrown and the weather just changes sometimes overnight for a 6 month period. This year it was right after hurricane Matthew that the weather became beautiful and will be like this until mid-May again.
