As far as I know you have to pick up the items that night but I don't know for sure. It might be worth a call to El Capitan to ask.

I'll be going so if all else fails, if they won't hold them for you, I might be able to scan your ticket in as well and collect your items and ship them (I would hand off in person but I am out of town for Thanksgiving).
 
Is this the first time DSSH sold the marquee as part of a ticket package? Or do they do that sometimes for anniversary viewings?
