hello all i have decided that i want one pin for each disney classic thats been relesed so i have a nice collection of pins from every moive iam going ot start with the big one first the classics then i also wants to do pixar to that might be a little more easy i guess.

what i like to no is if there is a list of pins that are like logo pins from the movies like with the name of hte movie on the pin as well as characters? be grieatful if anyone can help me this is gonna be fun
 
You should get the pins to the movies you have seen. Then after watching a new film you haven't seen,activelyhunt that pin down. It will be more meaningful for you.
 
When I came across this set: 75th Anniv One Sheet Framed Set (37 Pins) http://pinpics.com/cgi-bin/pin.cgi?pin=46361 - I snapped it up as fast as I could.

There are lots of Movie poster pins in the Disney Store 100 years of Dreams (2001) and 12 Months of Magic (2002) series. The Disney Soda Fountain has also been doing Marquee pins for lots of the Disney movies that were/are shown at the El Capitan Theatre.
 
But the Countdown to the Millenium series only goes up to the year 2000, and the poster series linked only goes to 1998. So whatever movies you add that came out after that year would look weird next to the pre-millenium pins, which all look the same. And the El Capitan pins that were mentioned are highly sought after, so they will be on the harder side to get a hold of as well.

If I was doing this idea, I would just do a pinpics search for each movie, and pick out my favorite pin for each one.
 
we think alike pixarperils thats what i am going i just wanted to see what pins everyone elese comes up with to, iam half way done the list now its takes a lot of time to pick my one fav for each and so that its not a hard pin to find but thats gonna happen all pins you want are hard to find lol
 
This is a really great idea. Are you going to frame the pins once you've got all the ones you want?

I definitely agree with choosing your favourite pin for each film and going with that. I ws trying at one point to get all of the El Capitan Marquee pins, but it's quite difficult to get even some of the less desirable ones, let alone to get the big ones that everyone wants. I live in hope that one day I'll get the Enchanted one (although I'm not holding my breath!)

Perhaps I shuold od something like this. It might stop me from veering off into new collections every few weeks!
 
I would go for the pins you like best! The UK has actually done a few really nice pins relating to films. Our UK Lionking pin is one of my faves! I have a little side collection going of pins from the movies/ programs I like /liked best as a kid. I have a couple of Emperors new groove pins, and i want the UK lionking pin. We got a nice dumbo pin too which is really nice! It would make a nice set. You could always frame them with a background like this.



hehe put all the pins on the screen, r do small screens and put one pin on each screen like I did with the afternoon tv series.



Of course, fifty little movie screen may be a bit much for any frame XD! Good luck getting your pins Weebo!
