ZAPPED! A very special zap from a doctor you all know!

2013 has already been a very rough year for me, as I discussed in my own thread we found out my dad has cancer, and we're still waiting for him to start chemo and radiation, and as if that wasn't enough for my family to carry on our shoulders, my cousin's aunt passed away last week as well as my grandmother, my dad's mom, and well then there's me, but that could take several pages to talk about, so I'll not mention what's going on with me specifically, again though it's been a very tough start to the new year and with all of these hardships I've severely cut back on my ebay spending, so I was surprised when I saw 2 packages on my dining room table, one was a package of gemstones and crystals for my jewelry that I had ordered a while ago, so was expecting, but the other, well I couldn't think of what it could be, and then when I looked at the return address label I was even more confused, it was from Seattle, from David's (docfish2u) address, now what was so perplexing about that is that we had just finalized a trade, but the postage date was for the very same day that I had said yes, and I was like how could he have gotten his pin here so soon when we both said we'd be mailing on Thurs. I even went back to verify that indeed I hadn't agreed to the trade until the 28th and sure enough it was postmarked the 28th. So I opened it, and what I found inside brought tears to my eyes.

Like many of you I decided to collect the Brave pins, because I love myself a strong independent woman. Well living outside of LA, I have had no luck getting most of the pins, in particular the DSF pins, and thanks to David who decided to zap me for Goofy_Moe's Super Bowl zap, as a fellow Pacific Northwesterner, I now have my first DSF Brave pin, and that darling little Marie.

And as if this wasn't exciting enough, I also got a trade request here on DPF for the DSF Brave Merida on Angus and the DSF Brave 3 Little Bears! Hopefully the will be coming next week and to round out the DSF Brave 4 pin set, I also won the DSF Brave Marquee in one of pin-a-colada's White Elephant games, now that was about a month ago so I'm not sure when it will be arriving, but I'm excited to know that ever soon I will have all 4 of the DSF Brave pins.

Now I still have a ways to go, I'm probably only half way to the completed Brave collection, any help would be appreciated, and I know the Pixar ones are probably an impossibility, I'm super excited to have the ones I do and very thankful to David for zapping me with the DSF Stained Glass Merida.
