Obviously when PODMs are concerned its going to mostly be very popular films. But do you think they'll ever release ones for the old package movies... after all they are in the Disney canon classics etc.

Thought of this when I realized I wouldn't be needing a PODM pin unless they do more scenes from AiW (Caterpillar) or one of the package films for Jose Carioca like The Three Caballeros.

Or do you think after they've pretty much gone through all the really popular movies they'll just do different scenes?
 
I'm kind of hoping they'll do a pretty big variety of films. Unless I'm really underestimating its popularity, I didn't think the Sword In The Stone was one of Disney's most popular films and they've done a PODM for that. So I'm hoping that they will at least do all of the films released between The Little Mermaid and Tarzan that they haven't done yet, with Hercules obviously being a main want. There's also Sleeping Beauty and Princess and the Frog which would make pretty popular ones I would have thought, and also perhaps some of the Toy Story sequels. So I think there's probably still quite a lot of room for what they could do.
 
Yeah I'm guessing they'll at least do all the Disney Renaissance movies. I'm just hoping for some older ones too. Even though I don't collect many I'd like to see the different scenes. :D Especially the much older films and the movies before the Renaissance.
 
I wonder if they would also do a PoDM pins of the straight to DVD movies, like Lion King 1 1/2, Lion King 2, Cinderella 2, Cinderella 3, etc. I mean they are Disney movies, just because they were not released in theaters shouldn't be a reason not to have them too.
 
Personally, I'd love to see one from "DuckTales the Movie: Treasure of the Lost Lamp". That'b be so awesome!
 
No Question in my mind ... a Nightmare Before Christmas release... But above all scenes... I want one of PaTF Ray when he uses the caterpillar bug as a ______(weird al musical instrament, can't think of name...lol)...to make music.... Ooooo that would be cool...
 
Some great suggestions! I think all the movies mentioned would be good for a PODM... we need some more obscure ones too! :)
 
Oh my gosh, Disney would have to be absolutely nuts not to have a NBC PODM release. NBC just seems to be way to popular right now, it's just like Lilo and Stitch, UP, and all of the other princess movies. A NBC PODM release has got to be coming up soon. Now on the other hand a Haunted Mansion PODM release... I don't think I could be so sure about that one.

I can't wait for them to do a Sleeping Beauty one. :) I already got Alice, and am hoping to get a mermaid one too!
 
I'm all for a good new Haunted Mansion Movie followed by some cool PODM pins. I just really wish the HM movie could have been as thrilling to me as the POTC movie was because I absolutely love those two rides. I just always felt that the Haunted Mansion had so much potential to make for a great movie, however instead it fell way short of what it could have been. I know some people blamed the casting but I don't know, because I really do like Eddie Murphy in some movies. Honestly I personally still like the movie just because I like all Disney movies and I really liked finding all the connections to the ride. I just wish it would have been better. Some people may even say the same thing for the Tower of Terror movie.

Actually Del Toro is making a new one now. It won't be connected to the other movie and will feature the Hatbox Ghost. Also it will have more than one Mansion or something like that.

I was okay with the HM movie; but the Hitchhikers should of had more scenes. Anyhow I bet there will be a DSF Marquee pin for the new movie too. :)
