recently had a trade offer from japan which i was happy to take. we exchanged addresses. in good faith the pin for them went out the very next day. its been about a month now and i have not recieved my pin from them. have sent emails concerning this to them only to get no reply. any advice from seasoned traders would be greatly appreciated. anyone else had trouble with trades from there? thanks, trudy.

Did they have any references? My only suggestion would be to file a Pinpics dispute resolution but tell them that is what you are going to do if they don't respond by a certain time.

Assuming the trade was arranged through Pinpics - if the other party refuses to resolve the matter then Pinpics could ban them if they felt it was warrented. Granted, it may not help this issue, but it would prevent others from having the same problem.
