Since I don't live near any of the parks, I bought on the internet the 13 pin for the Queen of Hearts that just came out. I received my pin today and I noticed that the black paint on the pin near the 13 peeled off and is white. Is it just my pin or has others seen this issue with the paint peeling or not completely on near the 13?
 
I don't have this pin but I do know that the quality of the pins has been tanking :( I would call merchandise service and see if they can replace the pin for you and maybe the new one would be better??
