AP on back of pin?

If it is stamped into the back of a pin it usually means Artist proof. If it is part of the normal lettering on the back it can also mean Annual Passholder.

I traded for this "Artist Proof" with castmember a month or so ago ...

As you can see, the AP is stamped on the right side in the middle of the pin, right in one of the mickey ears.

Usually means Artists Proof but apparently there are fakes out there. There was a post not long ago about a youtube video showing how to add the AP to pins.....supposedly to add to their value. FYI AP pins are really a niche issue and not everyone thinks they are worth more than the regular version, however those that collect them will pay/trade more for them. Either way it's always a pleasant surprise to find one so congratulations!
