I would say with a 10 cent ticket. Possibly the 60’s or 70’s.

I'm going to be the smart alec here. The second picture says December 1955... Is it a replica/re-release? If not, I'd say 1955.

So original Pinpics listed the date pins were added to the database, and I saved a lot of the listings way back 2012ish. So I can tell you the boxed set was added on March 24, 2001. I'm looking through the Dizpins News Archives now, to see if they posted about this set in particular, but not seeing it so far. Ah! I found the Dizpins info for the Passholder version which was released around September 13, 2000 and it references the previously released sets in the information about the new Passholder set.... so going backward... this is from an anticipated list of release dates. The actual release date might have moved a little. But to answer your question: 2000.

edit: I'm still looking, and I'm wondering if this was the original release date for the AP sets, and the other sets were even earlier. The problem is Dizpins suffered a major site crash and info from before May 2000 is mostly unavailable. But for the original question "2000."
