Hello,

Can someone please tell me who the mods are over at PinPics? I am trying to change my e-mail because the system won't recognize my home address. Hence everytime I send the e-mail from my home address it never gets a response. Has anyone else had this experience?

sure did... I never got it to work and we are now just sharring my wifes PinPics account as both of our combined collection for wants and trades... I tried 3 times with 2 different e-mail accounts... Got frustrated and gave up on it...
 
Can you just e-mail them at info@pinpics.com? I know of two mods there, Bev and Dom. They are both really good at helping everyone out. Maybe put their names on the subject line? Like: For Bev or For Dom. That is all I know to do.

 
tried to change my email a few years ago they can not do it it is a different person in charge of changing the emails so I now have 2 emails old email and new email for references hope that helped
 
Thanks all- thought I was going crazy- I tried to e-mail the infopics but never get a response - I think it does not recognize my home e-mail address- The e-mail address associate with the account is my work e-mail so thay might not be happy that I am using the email.

Do Bev or Dom have a user name on this forum?
 
Rich, why don't you send a PM to DOM13 here on DPF and ask him to tell you who can help you with your particular problem. Maybe they have figured out a way to do this by now.
