I am looking to start a co-op for the Live Action BATB Pin Event at the Nixon Library.

I am planning to attend and, although I do collect BATB pins, I don't think I'll be collecting these (I prefer animated to live action).

I looked at the animation pin event (the last paid pin event from DSSH) and it looks like they have two different packages available.

Upper level (which usually comes a gold marquee) and a lower level (which doesn't come with the gold marquee). Other notable differences are that the upper level comes with 2 PTD vouchers and the lower level comes with 1 PTD voucher.

I prefer to go to the upper level one myself.

The pins will go at cost with the cost of the sponsorship to be split between all the pins, probably not evenly but percentage wise, depending on the costs of the pins. Based on what I have researched, it doesn't look like DSSH lets you piece-meal out the pins (only buy certain pins). It's an all-or-nothing type of purchase.

PayPal fees + shipping would be extra. I would anticipate shipping to be a minimum of $6 (all pins would ship with insurance for the full purchase price) and each co-op participant would be invoiced for their specific pin(s).

I have been sponsored before as well. Priority would go to someone who wants all the pins, but if not, it's first come, first serve.

SEE POST #5 FOR DETAILS AND PRICING OF PACKAGES. IF THERE ISN'T ANYONE THAT WANTS ANY FULL PACKAGES, I WILL SEPARATE THE PINS OUT AND THEN HAVE TO CALCULATE PRICES THAT WAY.

from the live pins so far that has been released, I am not impressed. I also like the animated version, but you never know. The movie may rock like Frozen and we could trade these pins for our animated BATB Grails. It's a hefty chance but I'm sure I'll be involved trying to get some to have traders for the pin event at WDW. Thanks for doing this.
 
I wonder what kind of pins they will have.

Gold marquee or silver seems to be the standard for the higher prices trading package.

Then a regular marquee.

But what else?

More specifically, I like the Large Rose, Library Pin, Regular Marquee and the Shattered Mirror. I also like the Mini pins and some of the Silhouettes.(Ariel, Aurora and Belle). This is just my wish list.

ok, they are up. Hopefully I added correctly. I did a breakdown. Obviously, if people aren't interested in the full set, I would piecemeal them out (with the marquees going last).
 
As a FYI, I will not be taking payment until I have the reservation. Sis & a friend will be working together to try to secure the reservations online (crossing fingers).

Fortunately, it's a non-working day for her (Thank you President Lincoln!)
