I usually create a word document from pinpics, then populate the page as I collect the pins. Either purchase mystery pin packs or trade with cast members.

I use Excel to basically do that as well.

When completing sets, I also use word. For pins I'm searching for or some friends want list, we print out the list from PinPics and cross them off as we find them.
