I bought two of the march Frozen dolls and want to know if anyone would be willing to trade them for the November set ? We moved in November so funds were super short , really bummed I missed them. Especially for how much they are selling for now. Giving it a shot haha.

Good luck! It is a big ask as one set is LE 5,000 compared to the other of 2,500 but who knows you could be lucky! Or you could probably do a trade plus cash?

Either way good luck and I hope you manage to get the dolls you are looking for.

Thanks :) Yeah I had planed on trading these two for the other set before it jumped up in price ! Also thought about offering cash as well. The March set is going for about $450-$600 on eBay right now. lol figured if give it a shot lol also wondering if eventually the price will slightly go down once the hype kind of does.

I think a lot of people are wondering wether the price will go down after the craze have gone down - my husband also insisted it was a bubble, so it took me some time to convince him to buy me the November set for 600 dollars, now I think he was glad he did.
The thing people need to keep in mind with this is, that the prices may go down a little, but there will also be less dolls for sale - since scalpers sold theirs and then you have to buy from actual collectors and I don't think many are ready to part with their dolls at least not for a low price.

Many are also pleading to trade the March set with the November set, but the problem is that there's twice as many of the March set, a lot of people got the March set, compared to the November set, so have not seen this trade happen, yet.
Yes, the March set passed 600 dollars recently, but the November set is also nearing the 2000 dollars, so actually think the closest you get to a fair trade is both of the dolls from March for one November doll. It's sad, but true.

Or else, yes, you need to put in a lot of cash with the trade as well. Unfortunately, nothing beats Snow Queen Elsa for fans. The new Anna might be more popular than the November Anna, due to her iconic outfit, but even she lost to the popularity of Coronation Elsa...

Sorry, not trying to be negative or anything...
I truly hope you're able to get the November set one way or another. It's crazy out there... :|

I agree. Another thing is, people who have the Novwmber set most likely already have the March set ordered. But good luck SkittleGirlTokyo! I hope they come down enough!

I agree none of the princess dolls have actually gone down in price overall. Yes you may get your one off dolls that sell for a reasonable price on ebay every now and then but overall the market value of the dolls will just keep going up or stagnate at a certain price. You may find that they will stablise at a more reasonable level of around the 500-600 mark but then again it just depends on what people are willing to pay for it. Unfortunately I think Elsa had a bit of a price increase as a result of greedy sellers that inflated the price and then put a fake bid on it to make it look like it sold, therefore another innocent buyer that doesnt do their research may think that is the market price for it as someone has paid that amount and as a result will pay for the item at the overinflated price.

The thing is if no one bought the dolls sellers will start getting desperate and will drop the price. This was made evident by the designer fairytale pin set. No one really paid the $1,000+ asking price of many sellers as a result many have dropped their prices just so that they can sell them, however in SQ Elsa's case because she did sell at such a high price and as a result that moved her market value up.

I personally thought it ridiculous when we started seeing Elsa dolls sell for more than the Harrods set because it just didnt make sense, then we saw the Harrods set increase shortly after Elsa's price went up, but there was a period where Elsa was even more expensive than the Harrods set...

I have also mentioned it before, but some of the prices that the Harrods set have sold for is enough for someone to have flown to the UK, visit the Harrods store and personally purchase a Harrods set and then fly back home. It really is just crazy how this Frozen merchandise has created so much hype.

Too bad they didn't have these when I was in the UK in September!

LOL that is a shame, but then again would you really want to lug around such a huge box with you during your holidays? It is a really big box LOL.

I was fortunate as it was thanks to you that I was able to find people in the UK that were able to help me get the set and I am glad I did decide to buy the set as it is amazing and I definitely have no regrets!

So true, we were there 2 weeks. 2 days in London in the beginning and 1 night in London at the end with no time to do anything at the end of the trip but sleep (plus sis got sick at the end of our trip like she seems to do always at the end of our trips) :( We had some extra money at the end of the trip. But if I came back from the trip with dolls that were £500, mom would have been so peeved. LOL
