I'm not interested in the doll, but it does bother me that if the doll is lost in transit you cannot get your money back. I just have a problem with that. An explanation would be lovely.

If you're not interested in the doll then I'm not sure why it would bother you. And this probably would have been better in a private message also. But here is your explanation-
Actually, I'm not going to give an explanation. It was intended for those that choose not to purchase tracking and insurance for shipping outside of the US. But instead I've changed the original post to state that international buyers MUST purchase the tracking and insurance on the package. I've had too many problems with shipping outside the US that I'm just not willing to take the risk on it anymore, especially on something this expensive that cannot be replaced even if I wanted to.
