SOLD! D23 Expo Pick Up Thread(FOR YOUR COLLECTIONS)

I will be going to Friday of the D23 Expo this year. I will be offering pickups close to cost with a small fee(probably $10) per item to be determined closer to the date. I am creating this thread a bit early as merch has started to trickle out and wanted to put it up in case people wanted to request non pin items. I will not accept any payments until I can guarantee I have the item in hand and in an acceptable condition to the buyer.

RULES
1. Please do not request pins as a pre-event request. I am unsure what I will be able to get and what I will want to keep so will post available pins Saturday or Sunday of the weekend. I am happy to accept requests for any other items besides pins but be aware I am flying there and back and probably can't bring back 15 dolls.

2. I am would strongly prefer that these pins go to collectors. I can't not make the thread open to everyone but I will be very unhappy if I see these pins go into trade books and not people's collections. I am asking that people be honest about this as I want to offer close to cost pickups for the community of pins they would love to have for their personal collections not to use as traders.

SALE INFO
1. I will post all available pins on Saturday or Sunday and keep requests open until Wednesday August 28 at Noon PST.
2. All pin lists will be randomized. Awarded pins will be capped at 2 per member unless you are the sole requestee of the pin. OE pins, box sets, and keys do not count to your total.
3. Prices will include at cost price, CA tax, and a small fee which covers me waiting in lines all day. Shipping will be $3.50 for up to 13 oz and at cost for above that.
4. Payment is only accepted via Paypal G&S.
5. Please only ask for pins that will be going into your collection.

Here is what is available for request. Tax and pickup fees have been added to all items. $10 is the pick up fee for all items except the $12 OEs which is $3 and keys which is $5. Shipping is 3.50 for up to 13 oz in the US and at cost for above that weight and international members.

Sign ups will close at noon PST Wednesday 8/28. Randomizer will be posted Wednesday night. Invoices will go out Thursday; please pay promptly. Pins will ship out Friday.

I strongly prefer these go to collectors into collections. I can not emphasize this enough. After the process of obtaining them, I feel much stronger about this now than before. Just be aware I and the forum know for the most part what you collect. If you are a new member, who has never posted or not much and you sign up for everything expect a message from me asking for clarification. If I find out you deprived another member of pins for their collection, I will not be open to trading with you, zapping you, or having you participate in my free contests in the future(if I'm allowed to not let people enter...unsure of forum rules but absolutely the first two).

Interested in Ariel 17" doll and I know there's supposed to be an exclusive of the 12" dolls so let me go look at that.

I was just told by another member that a different version of the Ariel dolls will be offered at the Disney Store. You do not need to be lugging around 15 dolls. I’m sorry I didn’t see that others had jumped in.
I am however interested in the Ariel 4 piece pin set for grand daughters collection, not to trade or sell or any surprise releases of Ariel as mermaid. Thank You So Much for doing this and I’ll be watching for pins. Oh dear, I meant to say that I know you are not taking orders for pins, But at least I put interest of what I’d like out there just in case. LOL
