I recently pulled a fairly damaged "cuppa tea" vinyl from the urban 5 series from my local disney store. The vinyl looks sloppy and there is a very large gash on the side of the ear. I was wondering what I should/can do? Any help or tips would be appreciated! Thanks.

Could you trade it for another vinyl?and they could send the damage one back?or you could just trade it for a trader pin of some sort

Tell the cm at the store that you received it that way, maybe they can switch it with one of the display vinyls?

Unfortunately it sounds like a manufacture defect, in which case the store might not be able to do anything for you I have a few vinyls like that, and it really bothers me because while you're happy to blind box one you want, it's disappointing when the quality isn't what you had hoped. Fortunately it hasn't happened to me too often, but when it does I just look at it as adding character to the vinyl. I know, a big stretch

If the cms are able to work with you tho, then that would be awesome! Especially if the gash on the ear is more than I'm thinking.
