anyone possibly trading or selling??? I had someone all lined up and they tried their best but couldnt get one for me. I heard it was a mob scene. I hope you can help.
 
Oh, looks like we are in the same boat Wonder if we had the same shopper? Mine is totally MIA, no response to my e-mail so far

I managed to snatch a so-so scene on the bay last nite for $45 and I keep telling myself that I "heart" my scene, but not much luck so far.

Best of luck to you Dawny. Keep watching the bay if you can, there are some people with a modicum of decency still.
 
I'm with you guys, too. I hedged my bets a little and lined up two shoppers and neither one was able to get a pin for me . Don't quite know what to do now. Prices on eBay are beyond outrageous now and I don't know whether it's worth it to wait until thing calm down a bit and try to grab something there or what. Totally bummed
 
Most pins I saw on Ebay are from CA. I do not see much on the bay from FL sellers. They either had several pre-sales and do not have much left to offer on the bay, or they might go back today for more pins if WDW is not sold out yet. Keep watching and keep up hope :lol:

On a side note, I wish Disney would keep some to offer on disneyshopping.com as they had with Bambi, Cinderella and some others, but slim slim chance.

I think that WDW is sold out. Downtown Disney was by ten and Epcot was being swarmed as I left. I wish you luck!
 
Yes, it was a mob mentality at DLR. I was SHOVED by two people, who I know are not traders. I am hoping they show up for the DSF release tomorrow, as I intend to let the drill sergeant in me out to play.
 
Aww bummer Just found out that my poor shopper only managed to get 2 pins so I haven't got one either and am still looking to get one. I feel bad for her having to go through all the mob sounding stuff, and for anyone that went!

If anyone is going to DTD today though and can get me one (Dawny first though ofc) then I'd much appreciate it
 
I see more scenes coming on the bay from FL now. I do not want to be in the shoes of the shopper who paid $200 or more for the "horse" :lol:

** nah, scratch that, they are from CA too. But, I still would not pay $200 for the horse. I am stll rooting for WDW though. Do we have any shoppers in WDW this morning? How do things look there?

luckily one of the people that went for me was able to get mine still not sure what scene I'm getting good luck everyone else...this definitely was a crazy release. Also nice to hear WDW isn't actually sold out did't think they would be as they get twice as much as DLR.
 
I think Disneyland should be given more pins. There were a lot of unhappy people from what I heard because Disneyland had sold out by 1pm.
 
I avoided all the obvious places at DLR but if you went to the popular places, it was a mad house. People left and right were offering me a ton of stuff for trades, too. It was really weird. D:
 
Downtown Disney does still have some at WDW as I just asked a friend of mine who was going to get hers.

I also agree that Florida needs a DSF or something similar. Its horrible when a pin comes out that is impossible to get because we are on the other side of the country and have no same-value pins to trade for them.

I wish you luck getting your pin for a decent price, dawny and genemarty. Ebay is looking crazy!
