I mentioned in the other thread that I never got an email either. The Disney website is one of the worst constructed and maintained websites that I vist regularly. I figure that through human error or poor execution of their system my entry was not received, processed, or email lost. For me it doesn't matter because I have to work. If it happens again, I will be much more upset than I am now. If there's anyone from the pin department at pin trading night I'm going to ask the what happened.
Also, make sure the Disneyland.com website has your current annual passholder number listed for your account. This number changes slightly every year when you renew.
If your original email was received, you should revisit the online wristband registration website. The website should read "you successfully registered", if you are use the same computer.
