I would like to see pins of some of the toys from Toy Story 3 such as:
Dolly
Chatterphone
Chuckles
Bookworm
On another thread someone suggested a Charlotte and Big Daddy Father's Day pin, which is a totally awesome idea. That would be a good set along with Tiana and her mother for Mother's Day.
Here's one I'd like and maybe Disney just hasn't gotten around to it because Tangled is so new, but I'd like a Valentine's pin with the Cupid from Tangled. He's very cute.

My #1 would be Bonnie from Toy Story 3. Cutest character ever.
I also wish they would make pins for Johnny Tremain and the Black Hole, two live action movies that NOBODY is waiting to collect, but I would have a spot for them. Oh, and Savage Sam--my daughter's current favorite (???). These are such overlooked movies that they didn't even make pins for them during that countdown to the millenium series.
