SOLD! Disney Parks Ear Hat with Engravings? (long time no see :> )

Hi everyone!

Long time no see... It's been very busy for the past couple of months. Still haven't broken ground, but all of us are doing well and trying to 'just keep swimming'

I had a question/favor.

We were hoping to replace my nieces' Mickey Ear Hats. Would someone near the parks be able to engrave them for us? If so, would it be easier if we bought the hats first and shipped them, or are the hats still available at the parks?

I've included a pic of the hat (so long as I used shutterfly correctly - if it doesn't show right, let me know and I'll see what I did wrong )

It's the ear hat of mickey's shorts with the mouse tail on top. There's some on ebay, but I'm not sure if we can post ebay listings. If we can, I'll post one if that's easier.

I think we'll be interested in two, since our nephew is not yet big enough for the ears. Let me know if you can be of assistance, and I will send over the name details.

They don't embroider the hat unless you buy it from one of the hat shops. Maybe @MerlinEmrys can help you out since he does park pickups?

Thank you so much, momin.ator I'll try to be around a little more - I haven't checked on pin news in far too long. I am looking forward to when I can put some of my additions in my collection (we call it 'pin day' when we all sort our pins ) but I do have some pics of the board we were able to restore with everyone's help so I'll try to get that post up sooner =>

We are doing good. The most recent fires that have been hitting california have caused a lot of air quality issues which have been messing with my asthma, and affecting a lot who don't even have allergy/asthma issues. But I'm thankful that we didn't have to evacuate or anything this time around- though I feel horrible for those who have been affected. My family and I are all still staying close together and keeping ourselves busy with Up-building routines while we wait for Re-building news.

Yes, for the embroidery, they will only embroider hats that are still available for sale (not positive that you have to purchase it then, but you have to be able to purchase it). That way, they can replace it if the machine messes up and destroys the hat.
