Is it acceptable to bid a pin that I've purchased from another forum member but haven't received yet?
 
This is a first... I have been asked about something similar as well as bids of pins not yet released...

Answer... We will consider any posted bid, but if this is the case please indicate in your bid post that the specific pin is pending shipment... You also need to use your best judgement, such as the credability of who you purchased the pin from... a good rating here is good enough for me to trust... a bad one... Well you decide...
