If you're talking about the Reflections of Evil RSP's, they were emailed to all guests on August 16th.

When you submitted your selections, you should have received a confirmation email from Event Services. You should reply to that email a.s.a.p. to let them know that you did not receive your RSP results. (You might want to check your Spam folder first, just in case.)

I did receive the email and checked spam mail

I would try emailing (by replying to the confirmation email) first, so you have it in writing. I've emailed them about a number of issues, and they've handled all of my requests quickly and efficiently.
