So im looking online at some of these amazing DSF pins and i see a good amount of people shares my sadness that we live nowhere near Disney or the DSF/GSF. My question is the rare hard to find pins like the Frozen Marquee or the UP marquee....other than in store purchase....were the prices ever normal or were they always 200 and up. Any input would be helpful. I ask because i wonder if i should be more proactive in buying them 3rd party when they release or should i just give up before i get started :(

The prices weren't always that high when the Frozen DSF pins came out. I believe the marquee was selling for around $80 actually, but this was before the movie came out and before tons of people decided to collect the pins from the movie. The prices are pretty inflated right now in my opinion, but if people keep buying them at these prices then they won't drop. If you are really committed to collecting Frozen I would say to keep an eye out for good deals and get the easier to find pins for now and perhaps focus on other potential collections as well, because there are tons of pins out there that are just as nice as the Frozen ones and at a fraction of the cost!
