From what I'm hearing its mostly hot topics in southern CA, and most say they never got Elsa at all.

They should be in Hot Topics everywhere, not just SoCal.


Though I have not had success finding them yet and I guess I can cross City Walk HT off my search list since they've probably sold out already.

I work at Hot Topic in Puerto Rico and we recieved 3 frozen Ana and 3 glow in the dark Olaf pops and they where sold out in a couple of hours. As for Elsa we recieved like 6 of hers and the same thing happened. So I think they where available in selected stores only. Now we are waiting for the regular ones to arrive (I think next week).
