You select a number , 1-30 in this game , when the game is full (all numbers taken) you will need to send payment via PayPal to the address in the first post and PM them your postal address .
Rasputin will draw the numbers and you get the pins associated with that number posted to you
 
Alright I think I understand...so whatever number you post for you get? or could you get something completely different?
