I wanted to apologize for being missing in action. Since i have not been on here for months, i figured it was best to reintroduce myself. :drool:
Well, I started collecting 2 years ago and caught the pin fever. I had the privilege of meeting many great people in the community. My personally discovery of this wonderful hobby lead me to waiting in alleys for the new/old Soda fountain. I questioned the wisdom of the act but quickly became a non issue seeing all the smiles and well wishes. Some have become good friends and we've discussed non pin topics. The advice and listening were therapeutic and gave me a laser type focus.
I sincerely apologize for not thanking the wonderful zap from MothersKnowsBest/Rasputin and most recently docfish2u. I will post a picture later tonight to give the act of kindness the proper attention it deserves. Life gets in the way but with positive professional/personal growth. The pact i made with the "Z" man has a new beginning. I'm writing this note in a library that strangely resembles something out of Harry Potter. Hahaha! Looks like new goals need to be set "Z" man.
I could not in good conscience not acknowledge that nameless person who listened and helped me overcome a personal struggle. THANK YOU!
I humbly thank everyone for reading this note and hope to catch the pin fever more than ever.
