Hello

We've never been to Disney Soda Fountain. I'm curious if we should be expecting anything fun and cool (hint: Pins!) while going to DSF.

Would a midweek visit be fun to DSF?
 
Yeah! DSF always has open edition pins and other Disney merchandise. They also have PTDs and limited editions that may not have sold out.

Not sure where you are coming from but there are tons to see and do in the area, it is in the middle of Hollywood boulevard. Across the street is a theater and mall that has the best candy store that is also fun to visit, I believe it's called Sweet! DSF is across from the subway, but if you drive, the mall is the best place to park, dsf even validates.
 
Worth the visit. I went last year when it was still DSF, just an ordinary, non pin release day. Had a great day!! I say don't miss the chance!! And of course get the pin trading sundae!!!
 
Plus, according to one of the Facebook groups, there are usually people who come Tuesday evenings (like, after 8pm) to pin trade. So if you're there late enough you may see other traders, too.
