Hello everyone,

I have recently started collecting pins. On our last couple of trips to Disneyland, I had picked up a couple of pins that I liked while I was at the park. But over time I started getting more into it. I found the Forum near the end of year and it has had so much usual information. I really did not know much about the different pins available, the mystery sets, hidden mickeys, etc. I did not know there was so much involved, but I have learned so much.

From the Forum I was able to learn about the problem with fakes and scrappers. I learned that I had bought a couple scrappers of the Alice mystery card set, which was disappointing. But I am glad that I found out.

Also, I learned all about what is coming out soon and the different pins out there.

I am looking forward to learning more.
 
Hi there, have fun and maybe we can trade,,,sorry about the scrappers, i got a few in the begining to, but at the time i didnt know better and i just loved them and they made me happy, so here they are with their friends in my collection,,i wouldnt trade them but i have them and enjoy them. Now i know what to look for and who and what to avoid.

P.S. The sales board here is filled with people selling great, authentic, and usually inexpensive trader pins :-)
 
Welcome to the forum!! The scrapper thing happened to me too when I didn't know about them. Don't worry there are a lot of great affordable trader pins out there to start with.
