If by 'other forum,' you mean the marketplace, you need to have a minimum of 30 posts and to have been a member for at least 10 days to originate your own threads. Once you've met both conditions, you should be able to start your own threads there. Hope this helps. 🙂
 
I don't but welcome to the forum 🙂 if you browse the threads and comment here and there you will soon have made enough to be able to make your own thread ^_^
