^ And what do we do if that doesn't work? (Been messaging dancecats for months since someone has been unable to access the site and she hasn't been able to resolve the problem.) I know more than one person who gave up on this site because they simply couldn't access it. :(
 
Try sending a PM to either myself or Cicada directly. I'll do everything I can to help, but in some cases, I just don't have the technical knowledge that Cicada does.
