To the Netherlands to be exact. Would you lovely people explain what would be the best way of sending from the US to over there ( United Kingdom ?) is there any fees or anything i should be aware of? I just don't want any suprises. :/

I'm sorry, my geography skills is obviously lacking. So should i expect about 5 to 10 bucks being tacked on when I send it? :) I'm sorry if this sounds dumb, I honestly have never done this before.

Hi there, no you don't have to pay tax at all.

When you go to the post office they get you to complete a label that you put on the package. Just tick 'gift' and write 'pin' and write a value of the pin, then you sign and date and you just pay the standard air mail price.

People in the USA don't ever have to pay for tax. It is only us Europeans that do. Say for example if the pin you are sending is $100 - the person in the Netherlands will pay tax on the pin, not you.

Hope that helps :) p.s. you are not dumb, you must be new to this. :)

If a package is marked as a gift then youre allowed a value of £36 before tax is charged.

In relation to the postage cost, its between $3 to $4 to post to the UK, so shouldnt be much more to the Netherlands.
