I was hoping someone could help, my husband is a new pin trader and just signed up for DPF this morning. He was supposed to have received a confirmation email, which he didn't, he can log in to account but cant even post an introduction or any reply.
His user name is: tiggeride

Oh my gosh! I am having the exact same problem.

I made an account here about two weeks ago, and never got a confirmation email or anything. I wrote to the webmaster via Facebook and they manually activated my account for me. When I was able to sign in, I tried to adjust my settings so I'd receive email whenever I got a private message, etc., and I still received no emails from the site. (I even checked my spam folder!)

Thinking it might be something wrong with my email account, I made a new email address on Yahoo and changed my email on this site so the messages would go THERE, but that didn't work either! They tried sending me a confirmation message to my new email, and I never received it, either, so Disney Pin Forum ended up blocking me from posting on any threads, which is why I haven't been posting for the last week.

Then, today, the webmaster wrote me again via FB (I had been trying to get in touch with him for over a week), and told me they had manually activated my account again. Apparently, it worked because I'm allowed to post now - but I'm STILL not getting email!

It's frustrating, but I'm glad you wrote this thread, because it lets me know I'm not the only one. (I felt like I was going crazy!)

I hope this gets figured out soon!
