Hi everyone. I'm new here, so I thought that I should introduce myself. I don't have any nicknames that I know of, so you all can call me either StrummFan or Kevin
. I've been a big Disney lover ever since I was little, and I've been to Disneyland more times than I can remember at this point. That's how I first got into collecting Disney pins in fact. I was at the Emporium in Mainstreet USA back in 2005, and bought a pair of pins that I thought looked cool. After that visit, I started regularly buying pins each time I went to Disneyland. It still drives my sister nuts how I always want to stop to look at pins at the shops in Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure
. I've been collecting pins for years now, and have over 100 pins now. I think it's 103 or 104, but I haven't counted them in a while.
I usually like to buy whatever pins I see that I like and can afford. Most of my pins I've gotten at the Disney Soda Fountain, Downtown Disney, Disneyland, or Disney's California Adventure, but some of my rarer ones I've gotten online. The ones I buy most often are of my favorite Disney characters like Ariel or Tinkerbell, or have to do with some of my favorite Disney movies like The Nightmare Before Christmas or Pirates of the Caribbean. But I buy others too. If like the pin and am able to afford it, that's good enough for me^_^.
I'm very shy, and get nervous talking to and meeting people for the first time, but I'm still very friendly and have a really big heart. I'd really like to be able to make some friends who like Disney pins like I do, so hopefully I'll finally be able to do that here. If you'd like to chat, or have any questions you'd like to ask me, please don't be afraid to message me. I get extra shy sometimes when I get new messages, so if it takes me a while to reply to any of your comments, messages, or questions, that's why.
