How do I change the title of my thread after I post?

I have seen Game threads who's titles constantly change. I have a sale thread and a couple of other threads where I have wanted to do this, but I have no idea how. When I hit edit, it just edits the content of the thread, editing the title is not an option. Am I missing something?

When you click edit post make sure to click go advanced. You'll then have the option of changing the title of the thread
