How do you change the size of pictures?

Hi all,
I wanted to make a "wanted" thread for myself but first I'd like to know how to change the size of pictures (I'd be getting them from Pin Pics) so that if I have say a bunch in a row under a certain category I can make them all the same size? In my head it's a pretty long thread with a lot of pins, hence a lot of pictures, hence a lot of chaos if all the picture sizes fluctuate. Can someone please explain how to do this to me so my thread doesn't look crazy?

If this helps, this is an example of what the post would look like:

blah blah blah pins I want:

Princess:
<Pictures of princess pins I want>
Stitch:
<Pictures of Stitch pins I want>
Dumbo:
<Pictures of Dumbo pins I want>

etc. etc etc.

It would basically be rows of pins, some categories with a significant amount, so if the sizes are all different it would look a bit funny. I'd like all of the pictures in each row the same size, on the small side.

Personally, I always use the "thumbnails" of the pin pictures so that they a all the same size. You get here photos simply from when doing a search on pin pics.

Also.... Remember that you can use the pinpics tag. For example of pin number 1 would look like this:
[pinpics]1[/pinpics]

Where the code I used looks like this:
[ p I n p I c s ] 1 [ / p I n p I c s ] ... Without all the spaces
